Welcome to Negotiade ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services located at negotiade.com (the "Site").

By accessing or using our Site, submitting an application as a Talent, or inquiring as a Brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must strictly stop using the Site.

Negotiade is a talent management and brand partnership agency. We provide two primary services via this Site:

1. For Talents: We scout individuals across sports, music, acting, business, and the arts for potential management and representation.
2. For Brands: We facilitate sponsorship negotiations and strategic partnerships between brands and our network of talent.

Important Note: The use of this Site or the submission of an application does not constitute a binding management or representation contract. Actual representation is subject to a separate, written agreement signed by both parties after our internal evaluation.

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide to us (including Instagram handles, emails, and names) is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Submission: By submitting your Instagram handle or other profile data, you grant Negotiade permission to view and evaluate your public profiles for the purpose of assessing potential representation.
• No Guarantee: Submission of your details does not guarantee that you will be signed, represented, or contacted by Negotiade. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

• Authority: By submitting an inquiry on behalf of a brand, you warrant that you are authorized to represent that entity in negotiations.
• Response Time: While we aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours as stated on our Site, this is an estimate and not a legally binding deadline.

• Our Content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Negotiade or its content suppliers and is protected by Greek and international copyright laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any intellectual property you submit to us (e.g., your portfolio or brand assets). However, by submitting such content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of evaluating your application or inquiry.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, specifically Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google (for reCAPTCHA and Maps).

• We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
• Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including Greek Consumer Law):

• Negotiade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site.
• We make no warranties regarding the success of any potential partnership, sponsorship, or management deal initiated through this Site.
• We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors or viruses.

You agree to indemnify and hold Negotiade harmless from any claims, losses, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorney's fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Greece.

• Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.
• If you are accessing the Site from outside Greece, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
